Welcome to the Yodimoms Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions are designed to outline the agreement between Yodimoms (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) regarding your participation in our Affiliate Program. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Program Management
Our Affiliate Program is managed through GoAffPro, an affiliate management platform. You will need to create an account on goaffpro.com to participate. All tracking, commission payments, and affiliate support will be conducted through this platform.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Affiliate Program, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media platform.
Agree to our Affiliate Program terms and conditions.
Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Yodimoms products in a manner that is ethical and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Use only promotional materials provided or approved by Yodimoms.
Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate link and account information.
Ensure that your promotional activities are targeted towards the following countries only: United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), European Union (EU) countries, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), South Korea (KR), Australia (AU), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Qatar. Promotions should comply with the laws and regulations of these targeted countries.
Commission and Payment
Affiliates will earn a commission of up to 5% to 10% for each successful referral that results in a sale, as tracked via your affiliate link. The exact commission rate will be determined based on the product sold and the total sales volume.
Alternatively, affiliates may choose to offer a coupon to their referrals instead of receiving a commission. Details regarding the coupon value and usage will be provided separately.
Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed-upon payment method through the GoAffPro platform.
Term and Termination
This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Liability and Indemnification
Yodimoms will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Affiliate Program. You agree to indemnify Yodimoms against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
This agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties.
